I'm dreading the big beach strip this summer. After two kids and a tea-and-biscuit diet my bits are a bit wobbly and slack. It's too late for diets and detox, so I'm looking for a quick fix at my local salon. Can you suggest a treatment?

'I would recommend a good massage. One like the Clarins Pro-Active Body Redefining Treatment is ideal as it eliminates toxins, reduces fluid retention and boosts skin tone. Plus it's a relaxing hour and twenty minutes of pure pleasure – leaving the body feeling much healthier and toned. Visit www.uk.clarins.com for your nearest participating salon'

Try a cellulite wrap, it can firm the skin. (It doesn't solve anything but you'll feel pretty good!!) Why not just dress to cover, but still enjoy yourself! Try a bathing suit that has tummy tucking capabilities and a good bust support. Then buy a pretty see through sarong to wrap around your hips, it will cover your legs yet be see through so you will get the sun and breeze on them. There are also full coverage shirts that are long sleeved and go to the knee, you can get them with a nice deep opening in front and even see through material. So go have fun at the beach!!
