**From webmd**
Examples of gas-producing foods are:
* Vegetables such as artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, green peppers, onions, peas, radishes, and raw potatoes.
* Beans and other legumes.
* Fruits such as apricots, bananas, melons, peaches, pears, prunes, and raw apples.
* Wheat and wheat bran.
* Eggs.
* Carbonated drinks, fruit drinks, beer, and red wine.
* Fried and fatty foods.
* Sugar and sugar substitutes.
* Milk and other dairy products, especially in people who have trouble digesting lactose, the main sugar found in milk.
* Packaged foods that contain lactose, such as breads, cereal, and salad dressing.
Dietary supplements such as Beano may help to prevent gas.
Some people get relief from gas from products containing simethicone, a medication that dissolves gas bubbles. Nonprescription medications with simethicone include Gas-X and Mylicon.

Food that contain indigestible substances such as beans and some high-fibre food are prone to producing gas. Since they can't be digested by the enzymes, the indigested food passes to the large intestine where it is acted upon by gas-forming bacteria. Also, take care to avoid any food that in your experience gives you a gassy stomach.

I would add that some people have lactose intolerance-so milk and its products can cause all those symptoms and some are allergic to gluten-in a lot of foods especially bread and flour. you can eliminate those items-plus the ones mentioned already like the highly offending veges(cabbage cauliflower,brussel sprouts,broccoli etc), dried beans, and all gluten then gradually one by one add those items back into your diet until you find out which is the guilty one. Too much roughage(esp raw fruit and veges) all in one day that you are not used to can also be the culprit...Also certain diseases can cause symptoms like helicobacter pylori infection in the stomach- antibiotics help that and can cure it-see yr doc if you keep on having symptoms. You may need to find a local health food store or food co-op toget some gluten free food ideas.

first of all you to go to a physician.
There are lot of permutations and combinations which makes your stomach gassy.
There may some erosion in the intestines which may produce gas. Or your body nature is itself of gassy nature.
More importantly your stomach is abnormal in size so it has have lot of foods to make your stomach fill. So that acids secreted inside will have enough foods to make their work easier.
Dont drink airated drinks. Also dont eat vegetables mostly which are all climbers. Which has maximum gases and also vegetables like potato, plantain and etcs.,

You already have a few good food suggestions...milk produces gas more times than beand believe it or not. Make sure that you do not have a fungal problem (white tongue would be an indication)...if so plenty of low fat yoghurt or colloidal silver could help. See attached site:

Beans, cabbage, broccoli, cheese, milk, raisins, grapes, eggs...the list goes on and on - could be you have a mild gastrointestinal infection. You can try taking Tums or Bean-O and see if it clears up on it's own in a couple of days.
This same thing made the rounds in my family lately, and took about a week to clear up.
