If a hairdresser did it, yes. They should be glad to help you achieve the look you want. If you did it, no. Every retail hair tint is made with different chemicals. Different brands do not always "get along." Sometimes you get "party colors" when you intended a natural look.
If you use the same brand, there are many things you need to know about color itself. Not the chemical, but how one color affects the other, what the base colors are, and more. You could add the other color and get some very unexpected result. Get professional help. Take in the box so you can show the hairdresser what brand and color tone you used, so he or she can get the result you really want.

U should wait 48 hours to a week before recoloring. This is so the hair shaft can somewhat rebuild. If u color to soon, it might not take.

Sorry sweetie, it's very damaging to your hair when you color it multiple times. Give yourself a couple of days to two weeks (depending on how fast your hair produces its natural oils) to recolor your hair. I know it sucks, but you'll get by. (I dyed my hair blonde and it looked like mustard, it worked out fine.)
