First wash your genitals in a mild soap with warm water. Then soak your genitals in lemon juice. The acid in the lemon juice will help to lossen scabs, and to heal the skin beneth. The dry your genitals with a blow drier and apply a liberal layer of oatmeal mash. Leave it on over night. Rinse in the morning, and have unprotected sex.

Scabs are natures band-aids and protect you from pathogens getting to your body. You should leave them. Also removing them to early can cause scaring. There's no way to hurry up nature. If they seem ready you can try oil based products to soften them up.
