The classic beginning of depression is crying without a reason. I have been there and the doctor gave me a pill and then I couldn't fight the stresses of life and I had a breakdown. It may have happened anyway . The early crying is natures way of righting the unbalanced chemicals the brain discharged when there was an error is beliefs or expectation for life. The brain was forced to relearn. This is then discharged into the spinal fluid and can affect us long after the thoughts have faded. It is time to study depression and find a way to change emotions that will produce depression. I believe all emotions are electrically structured so change the body aura as it is easier to do.

Depression=a feeling of intense sadness. It is the most common psychiatric disorder. Symptoms are: a depressed person may appear slow and sad, or irritable and anxious. A person who tends to withdraw, speak little, stop eating and sleep little is experiencing what is called a vegetative depression. Many people with depression can't experience emotions_including grief, joy and pleasure_normally; in the extreme the world appears to have become colorless, lifeless, and dead. Thinking, speech and general activity may slow down so much that all voluntary activities stop. Depressed people may be preoccupied with intense feelings of guilt and self denegrating ideas and may not be able to concentrate well. They are often indecisive and withdrawn, feel progressively helpless and hopeless and think about death and suicide. In about 20 percent of depressed people, the symptoms are milder but the illneess lasts years, often decades. People with this condition are gloomy, pessimistic, humorless, and incapable of having fun; introverted, skeptical, self critical and full of self reproach.

They can be many an varied, Me I cry alot but dont let anyone see me, a don't complain about anything cause then I get accused of seeing the glass as half empty, even my brother has told me that, but it's untrue, people who really know me know that I'm just very soft hearted and worry about others before myself, I cry at any bad news on tv, cause I feel for their family and can imagine what they are going through, as I place myself in their position, but seeing my doctor and he put me on various anti depressants, one of which made me gain 30 kilos so I got even more depressed, my onset was caused from my mums death, its been 15 years but I still get upset every year cause she was also my best friend and I miss her, but everyday when I wake up feeling like I just don't care anymore, I think of my beautiful nieces and how much I would miss them and want to see them grow into beatiful successful your woman ( god willing ) so I fight that black hole that tries to suck me down and think of good times I've had and can have again, but see a doctor he might be able to help through either medication and or counselling, goodluck to you, I hope you feel better soon, I know it can be a long struggle but hey its a beautiful day isnt it?

Mood swings, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of motivation, isolating, but don't try and self diagnose, talk to your doctor. The cause can be from external situations and you may have a case of the 'blues' or it may be clinical depression, and there are some brilliant meds around. I have just realised I that I put it as referring to you, I am talking about people in general.
