Is that pronounced like "Emily," except with an R? I'd go with a one-syllable middle name, or a 3-syllable middle name. But not a 2-syllable one.
Middle name ideas: June, Elisabeth, Rose, Linnea, Lianna, Grace. Something feminine, to go with such a feminine first name.
