I have a few suggestions.......
1. Slowly count to ten
2. Take deep breaths
3. Meditate.
4. Go for a slow walk in nature
5. Talk to someone not related to what is making you angry about what is making you angry. In other words share your feelings with someone else.
I hope these help.

I find that exercising helps me when I'm mad.
Take a bath, read a good book, eat chocolate.
Or you could try writing about it in a journal, to get it all out.

Do something stress relieving. Take a bath, play a fun game. Just get your mind off of it.

Sit down and write it out. Write a letter to the person your mad at( don't send it). It will help.

in the time it took for you to write that question and wait for people to answer you--you could have punched a dozen people and already felt better.

I go running, or start lifting weights.
I'd also suggest doing yoga, or tai chi.
Or, if it's someone, write them a letter you'll never send.
