i might be pregnant but i am not sure.i am gonna try to get a pregnancy test. thanks to some ppl on here.. so in the mean time i was just wondering what i deff shouldnt do while i am pregnant or what i should do

Do eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, exercise, rest, and be happy!

Do drink orange juice folic acid is good for baby.
excercise isnt a bad option if you are already active just lower the level of it. Make sure you eat well and get rest. getting sick while pregnant is not a good thing.

well no drugs or drinking. which is the oblivious but for some that aren't as oblivious don't use acne products and things like that. Things to do start taking a prenatal vitamin and start eating healthier.Good luck and congratulation ahead of time.

No illegal drugs. No alcohol. Some over the counter drugs aren't good. Check the labels. Also, if you take prescriptions check with your doctor or on line to see if they could harm a fetus. No really hard exercise.

Don't drink alcohol, smoke, take drugs. That's about it. I wouldn't take any medicines that could cause birth defects. Also don't drink any green tea or black tea--I heard that it may cause defects when consumed in the first trimester of pregnancy. Good luck.

Don't eat Seafood at all. Limit your caffeine intake. Balance your diet. Drink lots of water and other fluids. Obviously stay away from cigarettes and booze.

Go see a doctor. Things you shouldn't do consist of no drinking, drugs. parachuting, smoking, ya know things that normally jerk your body around like any kind of roller coaster. Use your common sense till you see a doctor... it's not rocket science. If you know it's bad for you, then don't do it.

Obviously, don't drink or smoke. Depending on how far along you are, you should limit strenuous, jarring activities, like sit ups, but like I said, that depends on how far you are. If you are in the first trimester you can pretty much do everything...except box.

Don't smoke, don't drink, don't take any medications other than tylenol unless a doctor tells you it's ok, and get a multi-vitamin with lots of folic acid in it.
