I've been getting dizzy spells, I feel weak and dizzy right now. I've been having problems with uti or kidney infection idk bc I havent went to the doc. I have od on tylenol in the past which is dumb but yeah I did it again. I heard there will not be any effects right now but maybe later on. I dont know if it is worth going to the ER by myself if all they will tell me is to go to the doc.....what to do?

I don't think the ER would tell you to go to the doctor. If you are feeling weak and dizzy, in the setting of a urinary tract infection, that is a good reason not to wait until Monday. They can do all the urine testing there in the ER, plus they can check your blood pressure and examine you to see why you are feeling weak ane dizzy. I hope they can help you, and I hope you feel better soon.

If at anytime you feel you need to go in the middle of the night then go. It could mean a matter of life or death. You need to in the mean time call and make an appointment at the doc. The ER can't give out information about any situation other than if you think you need to come in to come. If you have waited this long call your doctor and in the mean time if you feel you need to go then go.

Why wait?

People say the ER is for emergency's but who is to say that this isn't one of those.

Make sure you go and get seen and best wishes.

psst. But have someone else drive you. You don't need to pass out at the wheel.

Go to the ER it is worth it. Better safe than sorry. They could start treating the Tylenol OD NOW before it causes any more damage to your liver. I know it sucks and it can be personally embarrassing but go the ER just to be safe.

Without hesitation you need to go to the E.R. asap. My neighbor DIED of a kidney infection, this is not something to play around with. A high pulse rate compensates for a low blood pressure that can react to a serious infection. This may explain the dizziness. You need to request a urine speciman and a Complete Blood Count (CBC) to check for infection. I wish you the best!

Go to the doctor. The ER is for life endangering things, not to be used as a clinic. It's happened before you said so it should probably be fine to see a doctor Monday or go to an Urgent Care tomorrow. Good luck.

u might have a long wait, and if u are not in too much discomfort might as well wait for your own MD...u have to realize that when u go to the ER...u should have the worst in ABC (airway, breathing and circulation) bleeding, having signs of stroke or in considerable amount of uncontrollable pain before you get priority in triage

definately get off the computer and go to the er. If you aren't sure call the doctor on call and they will tell you what to do but I am sure they will say the same.
