I asked this couple days ago look in my asked questions section and get some ideas .I just pulled out the core of one earlier tonite boy did that hurt heres how I did it . first Ive been taking kephalex for two days 1000 three times a day that 1500 more than daily allowed (I know but it works ) then I have been drinking 4-8 liters of water a day this morning I took the scaple that was given to me by a dr and cut into it (yes it hurts )(a lot) just to break through the skin and some of the wall around core I let it be for a couple hours I also put on a topical agent named Ichthammol ointment 20% this draws the core to the skin surface I then drained the infection out by squeezing it ( yes this to hurts ) when I got all the infection I could get I took a towel and wiped it dry (heres the eww part ) I then took a good pair of twisers and reached behind the core and pulled it out it took about four really hard pulls , Try not to break it its better if it comes out in one piece NOW if your able to do this yourself IT HURTS LIKE HE** and I almost passed out from the pain but once the core is out the rest of the infections pours out and cover it with a healling ointment and banaid

I would really go to a Dr because he will know a way that is less painful to you
remembering one i had as a child it was very painful getting the core out of it at home!! so Dr is best i think lol
& i dont know if its an old wives tale but some people get boils from mangoes but as i said that may be not true
