The average person's weight in lbs is:

(b * h^2) / 703 where b is a number between 20 and 25 and h is the height in inches.

Substitute b with 20 and get one number. Then do the equation again with b substituted with 25. That will give a range of average weight for any given height.

This uses BMI. BMI has a loophole. It does NOT work for someone who has a large muscle mass. Large muscle mass is accounted for by increasing b in the equation.

There is no average weight, you need to take into acount factors such as height body frame type and then you can calculate the ideal weight for yourself.

Probably overweight I would guess. To find the "optimal weight" you can go to this link to find your body mass index (BMI). lhttp://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/av.htm
