"Legit" refers to someone who has been trained to sing classically. "Soprano" is just a voice classification: high range singer (typically female, but not always-for example "boy soprano" is a high-voiced boy before he has gone through puberty). So a legit soprano is simply a high-voiced female singer that has been classically trained.
