Even though there are quite a few really smart dogs, I would have to say the Chimp.

Chimp is. In "IQ" as well as being only 7% different to us,k genetically. Plus they've evolved to using tools, and are still evolving more. Chimp by far, stimulus and response onlpy goes that far with dogs.

i think it depends on the animal because some breeds of dogs are pretty dumb!
