I like my best-friend and wud love to go out with her.I just don't want to ask her cuz im afraid of being rejected and hurting our friendship. I think I love her,I know I want to spend the rest of my life with her!! Someone help me ask her out and tell her I love her!!! Please help me!!!!!!

Bro, one step at a time is absolutely right. Ask her out I guess but it is tough for friends. You could ruin your friendship but if you understand that and it is still worth it to you than go for it.
If you are prepared to lose her ask her out. Tell her you want to take her on a date. You need to say something to this effect because if you don't she may think that you are asking her out as a friend.
As for telling her you love her, if she accepts your date and things go well, you can tell her you love her after 6 months AT THE MINIMUM. I think you should wait closer to a year and hopefully she says it first.

Go ahead and ask her out on a date, as more than just friends. If she says no or doesn't like the idea, say you were just joking, and say you actually just wanted to do whatever the date was as friends. If she says yes, then good for you! Don't worry too much about it though-- if you are best friends, you will still be best friends even if it doesn't go well.

I would try going on a simple daytime/afternoon "date" but don't call it a date then ask her questions like, "so do u ever think u would want to be more than my best friend?" or something like that, but don't be too serious while u ask her. Then based on what she says go from there. If u don't want to do that u could send her a ecard from halmark they have tons too choose from and you can personalize them too. that would be way cute.

Don't tell her you love her! Don't tell her you like her either, you don't want her to push away from you. Just ask her out somewhere, then tell her how you feel when the time is right.
