Wash every morning with Neutrogenia Oil Free Acne Wash.
Then apply a LIGHT layer of some type of Acne Gel/Creme. I would suggest Panoxyl (http://www.amazon.com/Stiefel-PanOxyl-10%25-Aqua-Gel/dp/B0007ZG2WS/ref=pd_sim_hpc_1/104-2623927-0070363) or the regular CVS Acne Vanishing Creme.
Every night before bed, wash with Panoxyl Acne Bar Soap (http://www.amazon.com/Stiefel-PanOxyl-Bar-10%25-oz/dp/B0001Z9956/ref=pd_sim_hpc_1/104-2623927-0070363) and apply a LIGHT layer of your acne gel/creme again.
This should make a difference.
MAKE SURE TO USE A CLEAN TOWEL OR PAPER TOWELS TO DRY YOUR FACE. PAT YOUR FACE DRY VERY LIGHTLY, NOT ROUGHLY!

Greg, I'm so sorry. You need to be on antibiotics with cystic acne ASAP, Accutane is the "big dog" for acne. Maybe you can see a family Dr. if it takes longer than a week to see a dermatologist. For immediate help there are shots they can give you right into the cyst that will help them shrink as you normally have to go through lots of other meds before they give Accutane. Cyst can last for weeks, so I did what a Dr. did to me, used a needle in them and drained it, then used alcohol. It heals in 2 days and I have yet to have scarring from the drained cyst, but have scarring from the monsters that sat on my face for weeks on end when I was young.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Hey Greg G, My nephew had really bad acne, similar to what you have described and I gave him my own home remedy It worked fairly quickly and the ingredients are cheap and in every home....Mix 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon with 1 teaspoon of honey Keep this in a jar. Put a good dob of this mix on your forehead, cheeks and neck area if needed.then wet your finger tips and GENTLY massage into the skin..the cinnamon acts as a scrub and also opens the pores to allow the honey to remove the gunk. Leave this on your face for at least 20 minutes then rinse off with warm+ water then with a cottonwool ball dab COLD milk over the area and leave that for 10-20 minutes to soothe the skin then rinse off in warm + water and apply a water based moisturiser. You will be amazed at how good your skin feels and looks even after the first treatment. I would do this twice a week but be very GENTLE. This is also good to brighten your skin and lessen the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for that special night out......Happy Days

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
heat a qt of water, add 3 tblspns vinegar, make a tent over the pot, cover your head with a towel, steam your face. then dab some vinegar on your skin to clean, do this process 2 more times, then squeeze the blackheads. mix 1/2 water, 1/2 vinegar, chilled, dab on face to close pores and tone skin....
as a skin care routine,
raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
the following 2 testimonials can be seen at http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/acne.ht...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections. i use bragg vinegar..
good luck
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
to drink it, put it in honey and water, or apple juice--tastes like cider..cost is 5 dollars a qt at the healthfood store

One of my best friends, Renee, had a severe case of acne. She tried everything on TV such as proactiv, murad, therma-clear, etc. Her doctor was always trying to subscribe someting different for her.
It sort of became worse....if you ask me. None of those products seem to work for her. Maybe she just had a bad reaction with one of them.
She told me her dad found this website that gave great tips on how to get rid of acne naturally in a few days without all of that medication.
She sent me the link for you below.
I don't know how she did it but Renee's face improved a lot. Her confidence is high now and I'm glad... I have my best friend back!
I wish you the best with your acne!

In 2 weeks - make an appointment with a dermatologist right away and say it is urgent. It sounds like you're in need of some serious prescriptions.

It sounds like you need a Doctor to prescribe something. Antibiotics or a prescription cream. If you do not want a Dr, proactiv.com works well. But definitly sound like you should see a dermatologist.

call a dermatologist or go to a family doctor and get a referral for one, then ask your dermatologist about accutane
my friend used accutane and his skin is very healthy looking now
i was actually kinda jealous because i have naturally not-so-great skin
but going to a dermatologist and asking questions will help a lot (if he/she is friendly)

my skin isnt terrible terrible, so i symphatsize for you, but what i use is apricot scrub from saint ives or you can use the cheap-o walmart brand- nothing is wrong with that. if you have some extra dough, i suggest the proactive stuff that they always have on infomercials.
good luck friend!
