You need to use the random number table and create a simulation. You get different answers depending on where you start from on the table. You choose 2 numbers: 0 and 1. Let 0 be a girl and 1 be a boy and go through the table until it fits your condition.

the probability of having a female is (0.5) and the probability having a male is also (0.5).

Therefore the probability of having 2 females is (0.5)(0.5) = 0.25 and the probabily of having 2 males (... the other two boys) is also (.5)(.5) = 0.25.

Therefore, the probability of having 4 children..(exactly 2 females... meaning other two must be males) is (0.25)(0.25) = 0.0625 or 1/16.

the possibility of having a green one is 5/thirteen and the possibility getting a black one is 8/thirteen so by making use of multiplying the two you get a 40/169 possibility. My answer for this reason is C. i do no longer understand if this is suitable although....
