You seem to have the personality to be a fun blonde. Looking hot, for you who already are hot, means to continue to develop your integrity, intelligence, and your sense of style. Bleached blonde hair is a lot easier to style, but needs excellent products to keep it in condition. I prefer Nexus, a brand of professional products which has led the field in every innovation for hair care since before I was born. (technically, it was the Nexus creater, Jheri Redding, who was the leader, the company is relatively new. Jheri is now deceased.)
a last caution: do NOT bleach your hair yourself. It is a complex chemical process that can easily go wrong. You don't need that, sweet one.

NO!!!!!!! you need to cut it into a fashionable short style. There are too many dark-haired women showing their insecurity with their own hair by dying it blonde. do something different for a change!

nooo please dont go blonde pleaaassseee! blonde is very difficult to pull off unless you are a natural blonde, otherwise you have to be very careful that its done right. if it isnt done right it will ook trashy. I like your hair the way it is.
