Sorry, wish I could tell you there is a fast way to grow hair, but in all honesty, there isn't. Your hair grows anywhere between 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch a month. Just take really good care of your hair, make sure you eat enough protein, take vitamins, and your hair will grow healthy and beautiful.
Just give it time and keep your ends trimmed regularly. When you get it cut, just tell the stylist no more than a 1/4 inch off your ends.

The hair growth potions that actually work are for stimulating dormant hair follicles in balding men. If you want longer hair in better condition use Nexus products, don't use any kind of chemical processing on your own hair (have a professional do it), use the curling iron (if you use it), carefully, and not often. Also, do not use rubber bands in your hair -they break it off. And, no, this is not an old wives tale, brush your hair with a natural bristle brush at least 100 times a day. Boar bristle is the easiest to find. Those brushes are more expensive than the synthetic bristle brushes, but only natural bristle will distribute the natural oils, which are the best hair conditiioner, along the entire hair shaft. This makes your hair soft, supple, and shiny. Very important: I don't care what anyone else says, do NOT wash your hair more than once a week,
Should you get a job where you get lots of dirt in your hair every day, say, construction jobs, you will have to wash 5 days a week, and give up some of the shine and suppleness.

None of those work. The only way to get hair that you want, is to change your genes, and I doubt that you want to do that.

thick hair runs naturally in my family, but one of my sister has just gorgeous long thick shinny hair, her mom has and her have both used mane and tail for years. it is for horses and humans, and is sold at wal mart. they swear by it. i have used it when i visit and my hair is softer, but i don't know first hand if it makes it longer. but they say it does
