After getting up from 4 hrs of just sitting on a plane or any travel, my legs feel weird and rubbery. It's like you're just learning how to walk again? my problem is that I'll take a flight from NYC to Seoul, North Korea. That's gonna b 15 hrs long!! THen another 3 hrs from seoul down to Manila.

Try to walk as much as you can , or move your legs while you are not sleeping.

Wearing tights or stockings helps the blood in your legs circulate. Drink plenty of water. Also maybe trying moving in the plane like for walks along the aisles, backwards and forwards to the toilet.

Try not to sit for more than an hour or so. Get up and walk around during the flight. Or, if you're not able to get up, at least flex your muscles in your legs, point your toes, bend your knees, etc., etc.

Get up and walk on the plane! A little walk up and down the aisle is permissible.

try moving your legs off and on for the duration of the flight. Do some flexing and relaxing of your leg muscles.
