A top quality multi vitiamin and a vitamin C today day, a B complex and a C the next. Did a lot of research this gives me adequate nutrition with out overdosing. If I do not eat vitamins for three days my physical performance drops noticeable. I also have way fewer colds, flues and other illness compared to before I started regular vitamin consumption

Protein powder - to help define my muscles and keep me feeling full

Depending on what time of the year:
Hydroxycut - to get ripped for summer and help with cardio.

Winter:
Musashi Fat metobilizer
Musashi L Carnitine - both for helping to burn fat and give more energy, i also had my gall bladder taken out and need to take a fat metabolizing supplement to help break down the fats.

Every now and then i take vitamin B supplements.

A multivitamen, just to make sure I get everything I'm supposed to. A 10 mg lycopene supplement, as I don't want to be a fourth generation prostate cancer victim.
