I want to get a history degree would that be cool. Maybe a minor in political science or international affairs. I don't know which minor should I get?

To be an officer all you need is a four year degree. Get something you may be interested post military because you may not want to make it your life long career, good luck.

A degree in History, Political Science, International Affairs, Law Enforcement or Criminology are good courses for becoming an Intelligence Office.

History would be good, but also check out the LSAT or take the bar to test your intelligence. Psychology and sociology courses may aid you as well. Some guy at the mall was talking about this very subject today.

Just tell them you are an intelligent person.

Recommend a History Degree or better yet a degree in a foreign language (not a Romance or German) in either an Arabic based (Pashto, Arabic, Urdu, Chinese or Russian). Reason for foreign language requirement is a critical shortage of linguists.

History degree is good, and either minor you list would be excellent.
