The closest we have come most recently to 'doomsday' was on the first Tues. in Nov./2000 when W. became prez-elect. No disrespect meant to the 'victims' and 'survivors' of the WTC.

well the sun wont last forever. but before that i'm guessing someone will get nuke happy, causing retaliation with more nukes from the other country that will eventually kill everything

if the sun dies before we have enough technology... or if humans destroy the earth with nuclear war, or global warming...
