There is no difference. It doesn't matter what's doing the forcing.

There are different applications for each. But when you measure pressure, it doesn't matter if it's water pressure, air pressure, or oil pressure.

You can convert between PSI and Newtons per square meter if you wish. It doesn't matter what's under pressure.

1 kg of Pneumatic pressure can do the same job as 1 kg of hydraulic pressure.
