for the last 3 days i have had a white circle sore thing in the back of my throat. It's about an 1/8th of an inch in diameter (maybe smaller) its on the wall and to the left of my uvula...it doesn't hurt too much, it hurts when i yawn. i poked at it with a q-tip on the first day and it came off and looked like one of those weird yellowish things i know every1 coughs up once in a while...then it grew back...what could it be?

It may be strep throat, or it may be due to sinus problems, allergies, or a cold. I think with strep, your throat is usually pretty sore, plus you would have a fever or feel sick overall...so I'm not sure. I would say gargle with salt water a couple times a day for a few days, or even peroxide mixed with water if you can tolerate it. If it doesn't go away, or if your throat continues to get sore or if you develop a fever, you may need to see your dr and get some antibiotics.

if you have a fever, feel achy, and have some throat pain then it's a good idea to go to the doctor or urgent care for a strep test. it's possible that the stuff on your tonsils is from your post nasal drip (bits of snot and boogers that have slipped down the back of your nose).

you really need to go to the Emergency Room. Since you have busted the puss pocket that you get with strep, you may have caused it to spread down into your blood stream and this is not good.
