what is a good protective spray to apply to hair.?

i want my hair to last long and be healthy, what's a good spray that i could use and where can i purchase it.

There are certain sprays that protect hair from the sun and heat from styling apparatuses such as blow driers, straighting irons, etc. ThermaSilk, John Frieda, Paul Mitchell, and Garnier Fructis had hair products to protect against humidity/frizz.

Paul Mitchell Heat seal if you are using any kind of iron!
Regis Cashmiere Fortifing Spray if you are looking for something to rebuild and strengthen your hair. and you can get them at any Regis salon. i.e. Famous Hair, best cuts, mastercuts

for straightning find a spray specializing in heat protection. for curling, ditto. i use garnier...any drugstore should have it.
