well now that u said something i gotta say when we first moved in our apt we had roaches ended up getting a cat and tried out catnip she went crazy with it and we put it in the drawer in the kitchen idk the time frame from placin the catnip in the drawer to not seein anymore roaches but i can really say ive not seen one in forever and they all seemed to disappear at once lol

Catnip is not a roach repellant. A cat would be a better roach repellant because she'd chase them down and eat them. CRUNCH! All kidding aside, call an exterminator.

Yes it is. In fact it is a very powerful repellant. Nepetalactone is the key ingredient which is an oil found in catnip. It's actually good for a variety of insects. I keep it in my attic and basement.

Nope. You would need wormwood or lavender for that.
