Almost any mental disorder might make it hard to make or keep friends. Some disorders cause people to have little or no interest in other people (Schizoid Personality Disorder), fear of other people (Avoidant Personality Disorder, Social Phobia), mistrust (Schizophrenia, Paranoid Personality Disorder), fear of other people making them sick (OCD), or difficulty getting along with other people (Mood DIsorders, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder).

A lot but if most of the time it's just being anti-social. Just because you have trouble making friends doesn't mean you have a disorder. I was really hyper and annoying through elementary school and so i never really had any friends but in middle school i was a little more mellow and started making friends a lot easier.

I have spinal bifida and It is a medical disorder which means I will never walk, I have a wheelchair to get around in and Kids tease me because of it. That is why I am posting questions all of the time to make as many friends.

Look for anti-social behaviors and that would narrow down the certain disorders. The best person to diagnose would be a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

A committee that has a relationship with the very big and powerful pharmaceutical company would all have a discussion about putting a label on a behavior so that they can add to their billing bible by a show of hands.
Then, they have a label for it, and then they advertise on TV to ask your doctor about it.

No disorders actually exist, they're labels we are making excuses with, and ignoring simple answers.
