For my pimples i use Clearasil Ultra Acne Treatment Vanishing Cream. It works wonders and gets rid of them in about two days. =]
As for deep scars.. I can't really help you.. Lemon juice works on some scars but not real deep. Plastic surgery is a more expensive alternative but can make it to where you can't really even tell it was there.

For some people, like me, it's impossible to be completely rid of your pimples. You should just be careful not to touch and pop your pimples carelessly, and they shouldn't scar. It's pretty rare that you get those deep scars...in that case, theres not much to do exept plastic surgery. Some tips: wash your face at least two times daily (one in the morning, one before bedtime) and don't touch your face unless you reaaly need to. Try not to rest your chin on ur hands, tables, surfaces, etc. and yes, like someone mentioned before, aloe vera REAALY helps, but be sure not to fall for those cheap scams (there's quite a lot). Wash your face 5-6 times a day. If your face looks like a pizza go get professional help don't wait until you scar

Keep your face clean, I'm a big believer in soap and water. You don't need all that other crap. Wash your face once in the morning and once at night with a plain soap- no perfumes or colors, I love Dove's white bar soap. I'm not sure on the deep scares, maybe a chemical peel.

Wash face well with foamin soap, then rinse with hot and then cold water...put aloe vera gel or vitamin E on afterwards.
