Accept who you are. If you know you look good girl, stop worrying about. But I know there is a lot of pressure to look good out there, find things that make you feel good and don't worry about anyone else. Easier said than done, but your the only one you need to worry about.

If you are aware that you look good then it's not really an eating disorder; however, you DO seem to be a little too preoccupied with the weight and size thing. I'm not really sure what to tell you, since I know that I am the same way. What I have tried to do is just look at myself honestly and if there is something that I don't like about myself, I try to change it. BUT I don't make it a habit to look at fashion magazines and stare at other girls and compare myself to them, or I just feel badly about myself. Just try to look a way that will make you happy, not comparing it to anyone else. Does that make any sense? ;)

If you have an obsession with weight, size and how skinny you look then THAT IS THAT SERIOUS so yes you need to get some professional help be it at the medical docs or with a therapist.

Okay, if you're smart enough to know this could be dangerous and to know it's also not true, you're smart enough to get help. Stop listening to the crap in your head and live your life! Make the choice not to give credence to this. You're better than that. And you know it. Most importantly, there's no such thing as an eating disorder that isn't serious. I'd suggest talking to somebody. It couldn't hurt and can only help. Regardless, I hope you get through this okay. Best wishes.

you have to ask yourself why are you self consious?
If it's because of boys, remember girly that 90% out of 100% guys like girls w/ a little meat and not the skinny ones..... Think positive.....

You probably look great and you do have a eating disorder if you don't eat when you are hungry.If you eat when you need it then you are fine.

find out what drives you to look skinny, and separate yourself from it. you cant fight that kind of stuff. wether its in the media, or models/celebritys you want to look like, or boys telling you your fat, or whatever. just get away from it, ignore it, be yourself.
