"Sky Fairy" is a derogatory term occasionally used by some (but certainly not all) non-theists to describe the Christian God...or any and all other deities. By using the term, they're suggesting that God is just as made-up as fairies, the Easter Bunny, leprechauns, and so forth.

Its a reference to god, satan, angels and demons. Fairies don't exist do they? They're simply creatures of myth and legend that are capable of magic. Calling them "sky fairies" is a reference to that.
Odd that you didn't understand that immediately.
