I've been on lexapro for just a little while (3 weeks), and I started celebrating at home with my husband without thinking about it. Now I'm pretty nervous about pulling a Marilyn Monroe. I've had two drinks....will I be okay?

You will probably be fine but in the future you should not consume alcohol. It will affect everybody differently, but everytime I drank alcohol while I was taking Lexapro, I would have uncontrollable shaking fits. It was scary.

You'll be fine, but your liver will just have to work a little harder than it want s too. Too much of this will wreck your liver....keep in mind too that alcohol is a depressant.

You will be fine but you should not have more than a couple drinks anytime you take prescription meds.
