Not as long as it used to be. I am usually well known for my even temper but recently with work issues I have been losing my cool more than once. Also I am living at a place that has two cats, one of which is gorgeous and sweet, the other, a pain in the neck. I get cross with them both though, and the only reason I am on the internet at 05:50 am! is because the sweet one woke me up to go out, and then didn't want to because the weather is bad. I was tired and annoyed and ended up shouting and swearing at her. I think generally I still have a good temper, but it actually worries me how cross I get now. I don't mean violence, but I am definately a door slammer and object thrower, although you'll be pleased to know, this doesn't include the cat!

I was always very good tempered. Then I got put on steroids after serious injury (not on a motorbike). A common side effect is irrational loss of temper and anger. When you get these drugs back out your system it seems incredible to feel relaxed again. I hope your temper is bad enough to give these sarky answers the thumbs down.

I could snap very quickly if I want to.

Somebody said short tempered people tend to develop heart disease in their later life. This theory applied to my friend, father and grand mother.

I used to be angry all the time cause of abuse issues that happened to me. Then I went on Celexa and it is like a window opened. I am no longer angry. I am able to forgive now. ANYONE that suffers anger issues should consider meds!
