First off you are going to need to look at the size of your tv..different wall mounts can fit different size and weight tv's, You'll need to figure out about how much your tv weighs as well because the different mounts are rated for weight as well and plasma usually weigh quite a bit more that LCD's. You also have a choice as to getting a mount with full mobility so you can move your screen around to see it from different angles or just a set position one and there will be a price difference between the two. any store that sells flat panel tv's will also have mounts for them. Last but not least you can have it mounted professionally(best buy, circuit city etc..) or if you want to do it yourself it is not very difficult but just make sure your get the bolts into studs other wise it will rip out of your wall...usually if you get it professionally mounted they will hide your cables as well which is a whole other can of worms..hope this helps.

They sell a wall kit at most all department stores, I know wal-mart has them for sure and you can do it yourself. good luck! And congrats on the new house!
