vista is pretty, but Xp is more reliable.
Vista is too high end n now its only the beginning stage of its release.Try to wait till they fix all the errors only u try to use it.
And...
wait till u get good testimonials from ur fellow vista friends only u start to use them.
U wouldnt wanna spend so much on a software that makes u headache right? =)

Windows XP Professional. If you want to use vista, wait until later versions where all their problems have been solved.

XP is better, I don't like Vista, a lot of the features remind me of Mac
