The body is not equipped to stay up for extended amounts of time. Sleep promotes healing. Without sleep, the body begins to fail: the sufferer will experience hallucinations, decreased healing time, decreased reflexes....please tell me when you are on the road if you drive, I don't want to be on it. From the nature of your question I'm assuming you are very young. You need sleep to survive, Mitchell. I don't recommend you continue entertaining this idea.

Why are you sleeping and how much? Is it beyond the recommended amount? Are you depressed, or is there something in your life you are trying to avoid . If you just like to stay up you could try taking no-dose or some other kind of over the counter pill. Maybe talk to your doctor.

Your body and mind both need sleep for your survival....after 72 hours without sleep you'll hallucinate- and not in a good way.

Buy an espresso machine. Buy this really cheap orange espresso mix in the aisle with all the goya stuff. You will die with your eyes open.
