It appears as if you have low self esteem. If you are losing 10lbs for health reasons, then ask your doctor about referring you to a nutritionist. As far as lightening your skin, be proud of what you were given. People will think you're beautiful only if YOU think you are beautiful.
Also remember that the more melanin you have in your skin, the better protection it offers you against the sun and thus skin cancer!

put yougurt on your face
and for losing weight eat healthy and reduce fat and excercise a lot that simple
again yougurt works i dont know how and also stay out of the sun

staying in shade as much as possible ... usually cold weather place would help ... such a Alaska ... north pole would be the best option to attain it in lesser time ... diet too helps ... eat more of dry fruits !

If you dont get any sunlight you wil be pale. But then no vitamin D either. I would rather see the sun. People have to like me for what I am..If they dont then who needs them
