I believe its a metabolite of dextro-propoxyphene napsylate. This is the chemical in Darvocet/Darvon/Darvocet N-100...and all that good stuff.

It's evidence of the presence of an opioid, alpha-d-Propoxyphene. It's a partially broken down version of the drug. It's one of the things they check for in drug abuse tests.
