I don't know how big your moles are but if they are really small & you scratch them you can very well scratch it completely off. You need to be careful in doing this because you are not supposed to mess with moles due to the fact that they may go deep inside. Some moles can be a sign of skin cancer. Keep an eye on the moles, if they change colors on their own you need to have them checked out by a doctor. Turning red after you have scratched it is different from turning colors on their own.

You need to see a dermatologist. I've had questionable spots removed it's not a big deal.
