It seems to me like all the girls that I try to ask out, or even break the ice with blow me off completely. I can't even make new friends that are girls. So what is the best way to make new friends and ask them out? I do work 60-70 hours a week, so I'm having a real hard time developing any kind of social life. Any suggestions?

The #1 thing you can do is have confidence in yourself. Girls (and women) can spot weakness a mile away and there's nothing less attractive than that ... be proud of yourself - go through some exercises to recognize all the good things about you and next time you approach a girl she'll know that you feel good about yourself and she'll be intrigued enough to get to know you better. Take some time to get to know the girl. Its kind of freaky when you ask a girl out five minutes after you meet! Learn about her interests and let her talk, but at the same time LISTEN and assure her you are listening. You could ask her out in a basic way.. or take some creativity... Maybe a poem, song, cake, t-shirt, teddy bear, or just anything like that. I mean what girl could say "No" to a cake with " Will you go out with me on it?"

Well, first, you're goal should'nt be just to be friends with them so you can go out with them. That might be why they keep blowing you off. They can probably tell that is what you are trying to do. Us girls want guys to be friends with us to be friends with us, not just so they can go out with us. And remember, just be your self. Thats what's gunna give you the most help when it comes to relationships with people :)
