First, Try removing it in Safe Mode. If you are not familiar with Safe Mode:

Turn your PC on or Restart. As soon as you see the black and white screen, press and hold the F8 key. Continue holding until you see a black and white menu. Safe Mode is F3 or F5.

Click Start, Programs, run your AV program, install, uninstall, whatever.

When it is finished, Restart.

You will probably find your icons messed up. No biggee. Drag them back into place.

If that doesn't do it, here is information on removing stubborn programs:

Microsoft’s Installer Cleanup Utility here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
Warning The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility is provided "as is" to help resolve installation problems for programs that use Microsoft Windows Installer. If you use this utility, you may have to reinstall other programs. Caution is advised.

Microsoft has updated the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. With the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, you can remove a program's Windows Installer configuration information. You may want to remove the Windows Installer configuration information for your program if you experience installation (Setup) problems. For example, you may have to remove a program's Windows Installer configuration information if you have installation problems when you try to add (or remove) a component of your program that was not included when you first installed your program.

The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility does not perform the following functions:

• Remove Windows Installer
• Remove files of any programs that are installed by Windows Installer, such as Microsoft Office 2003

The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility does perform the following functions:

• Provides a dialog box in which you can select one or more programs that were installed by Windows Installer

To do this, select the programs that you want in the Installed Products list in the Windows Installer CleanUp dialog box. After you make this selection, the utility removes only the Windows Installer configuration information that is related to those programs.

• Removes the files and registry settings that make up the Windows Installer configuration information for programs that you select

If you use this utility to remove the Windows Installer configuration information for your program and you plan to reinstall the program, you should reinstall the program in the same folder where you originally installed it. This prevents duplication of files on your hard disk or disks.

1. Restart your computer.

2. Right before the Windows display screen, hold the F5 key.

3. When prompted use the arrow keys to select SAFE MODE.

4. Once you computer is on again (It my look weird), select the user account administrator.

5. Go Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs

6. Find that program and Uninstall it!

If the above did not work download "KILLBOX" and delete the program while it is in use. (This may cause you PC to crash so use it as a last resort!)

If you are familiar with PC's find out where it is located and write down the full path. Get a Windows 95 or 98 start up disk and delete it by navigating to it.
An easier way: Google: mbootwiz.exe. The name of the utility is: gipo@moveonboot utility. This removes stubborn programs when you reboot.

after installing that many programs, you probably need to do a disk cleanup and defrag.
One should do a disk cleanup everyday and defrag two or three times a week if the computer is used moderately.
1. You may need to do a Disk Cleanup..and be sure you have all the boxes checked....
2. Defrafg your C drive or whatever is your main harddrive... Make sure you have selected the C Drive.... This is called a Disk Defragmenter...
For both go to :
Start...
programs..
accessories...
system tools..
Do this often...

Find it's location where the files are located for the program manually. It'll usually be in your C:\Program Files in some folder. Delete the folder it's in and all its contents.

well 1 thing that has worked for me in the past in to simply go to system tools and restore your computer to an earlier date when everything was working normally. Unless you have a virus, that should solve your problem

You either got one bad virus or downloaded something for Mac which would mess up alot. Contact Apple, seems serious!
