homemade kits for paragliding?

would like to start ahobby in paragliding and need to know the cheapest option on making a paraglider

My advise would be to get onto online groups of people who have built their own kits ,identify yourself as a prospective builder, and ask the folks themselves.

You could look on google, but a homemade kit doesn't sound the safest option.
