Are you talking about a Lortab with 7.5mg hydrocodone or 7 Lortabs? Big difference obviously. Most people here seem to be assuming you mean 7 Lortabs.
At any rate, if this was prescribed to you the doctor who gave it to you can tell you exactly what it will do. And if you didn't get it from your doctor you don't need to play around with this stuff.

Never mix opioid narcotics with alcohol. Lortab is a strong opioid narcotic and has sedating effects, as does alcohol. Lortab also supresses your respirations. Not a good combo if you're passed out and unable to breathe. DO NOT MIX.
