How do you get someone off your mind,plz im going crazy!?

If u seen my last questions u will know but i know i will never get the woman i want and the sad thing is i think we were soul mates,it sure felt that way..im just really down about it and cant get it off my mind..plz any advice would help me..

keep yourself busy,
turn off your phone or at least keep it away from you,
put everything that reminds you of her in a box and put it in your closet.

but most importantly, be true to yourself. follow your own rules in your head. set goals for yourself "im going to try and focus on work today"

Well a relationship is a 2-way commitment. One times zero is zero, no matter how many ways you try. If she does not feel the same way, then there is nothing that you can do. Just be yourself, back off, and be friends. It is better to have just a friendship than nothing at all. Plus, girls do not like to be hit on after they have already said no. Trust me on this. Try to find other ways to occupy your time, be productive, and just have fun while you can.

But believe me, no matter how perfect this girl is, there will always be a better one. But you have to have your eyes open to see her. You never know, maybe she is already right in front of your eyes.

Time heals all wounds, and if it's meant to be, then eventually it will be. Just be patient and continue to live your life, if you truly are soul mates, then she'll come back around. But personally I think that the concept of soul mates is just depressing, believing that there is only one true person for whom you should be with, what if you never find her? I think you'll find someone to make you just as happy, it just takes time.

Actually, you can get the woman you want. All you have to do, is do and say the right things at the right time. More importantly, you should ask yourself if that's what you really want. Just lay it all out there for her, don't hold anything back. If it works out fine, if not, there is plenty of other women out there, trust me.

there really is no way of getting someone off your mind. Try yoga or something. Or do something to take up your time. Like work, or shopping, or just plain anything. Do something to make the time go faster. It might help.

I know this will sound crazy, but you must think of a song that is inspirational and hum it to yourself or sing it over and over again. As long as the song is being sung you will not be able to think about them at the same time. Good luck

Yes I got some advice man.. Put your favorite cd on and listening to your favorite band. Try to avoid her as much as possiable. If you see her go the other way. It will only hurt worse if you keep in contact and talking to her.. you'll get your hopes up of one day she will want you. I know from experince with this chick I liked..she never loved me back man.. It sucks and is painful as all hell. you just have to give it time and avoid her as much as possiable. !!!!!!!!

My hell was 2+ years ago.. and I still haven't talked to her.

I can tell you its gonna break your heart not talking to her...but it's the only way you can heal. Tust me !!!!!!

i actually found talking to someone was really helpful... i spent a cool 2 months thinking about 1 girl... when i finally gave up i got a call out of the blue, it was her... she said she apoligized when she didnt respond to my advances a ways back but was thinking about me now... stupid me finally not interested i told her maybe some other time!!! my mistake cuz the next two months my mind was tangled up again!

the only other good thing i found was pretending you dont like her anymore or she has got warts or something so you can like her less.

you dont really have to talk to someone, talk to a stuffed animal or something, it helps believe me.
