my stomach has been hurting alot lately, and its not just like a stomach ache, its really bad, and i tried eliminating milk, in case im lactose intollerant, and tomatoe products, cause i eat them a lot and i though thats what might be causing it, but it hasnt helped. today all i had was ramen, strawberry water and some lemon juice, and it my stomach is still acting up.

Stomach pains are nothing to mess with, I suggest you see a doctor. It sounds to me like you aren't eating enough you think you might be hungry?

I totally know how you feel. Your stomach acid might have "eaten" some of the lining on your stomach. Thats what I have, do you get a lot of really bad cramping? Then that might be it but you should go to your doctor and tell him how you are feeling. I hope you feel better because it is no fun!

1st A Doctor
2nd Might just be nervous, I know for years I WOuld feel like I had the stomach flu all of a sudden only because I had panic attacks, now I can control them
3rd Virus or sickness

You need to go to a doctor and get a diagnosis. It could be anything from just a virus to irritable bowel syndrome. If it continues have it checked out.

you may have a sensitivity to the nightshade family-- which would include tomatoes- and onions- peppers- potatoes-or maybe it is a flu bug that won't last long- hope it gets better soon -take care- D

go to the doctor as soon as possible it could be appendix or stones I don't want to scare you but it's better to be safe than having the doctor to cut up your belly

you could have an ulcer or you might be constipated
you could have gastritis or you may have a bowel obstruction
best to see a dr

you could have an ulcer or just the flu (maybe the norwalk virus) that one sucks. Anything you eat makes you sick when u have it.

it's possible you have a tummy virus, h pylori, diverticulitis, food intolerance, etc. limit your diet to clear fluids only for a few days. if the pain doesn't resolve, get to the doctor or urgent care.

gluten intolerance maybe? Read up on Celiac disease to rule that out.
