I am a healthy girl - I do tennis and I run every other day b/c of school athletics. Even though I work out some, I'm not sure why I'm not burning this fat off my stomach--my meal during school is usually a PB&J sandwich, chips, an apple and a granola bar. Maybe a cookie every now and then. I snack a lot, and my family loves steak and stuff. I think part of the problem is not eating right, but I'm not sure what TO eat. I also lack willpower when it comes to sweets...HELP!! PLEASE!

Firstly forget what people are saying about doing crunches, they tone muscles not burn fat!

To get a flat stomach (most important to least important):

1) DIET!! Chips, cookies, sweets are not what abs are made of. Think fresh veges, complex carbs, lean meat and other sources of protein. Cut out sugar!

2) CARDIO EXERCISE!! Up your running, run and run some more! Get on a bike and cycle, it's great for your stomach area.

3) Once sorted 1 & 2 do some crunches. They are going to tone the muscles under the flab on your stomach, but they are not going to make it disappear.

Yep, try to jog every day for a hour for a week as this is the best way to get a flat stomach. I have a flat stomach and a eat like a pig...i guess all i do is always hold my stomack in regardless where i am...trust me after a while u get use to it and ur stomach never gets big regardless of how much u eat.

Cut back on the sweets....maybe look at some pics of a Victortia's Secret model, and that should be inspirational!!! When I want to lose weight I look at all the pro wrestlers, and boxers. I use them as inspiration, I say "I would LOVE to look like that" so I go out and start working out, and eating salads!! Drink lots of water, and it would be best to use a diet pill, like dexatrim or something. I use Hydroxycut Hardcore, but I am a bodybuilder kinda, and that is for building muslce mainly, and I am not sure it is for girls. Don't worry about a little flab, some guys like a little meat on there girls.....I do! Its gross dating a skelaton. Just don't become a stick! GOOD LUCK!!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Sit ups alone will not work. They will help though. What you need to do if you want a flatter stomach.
Lay a 5 Lb bag of sugar across you're stomach and do 1/2 sit ups. This will put more of a strain on you're muscles making them work harder. The sugar will add tension to that. You're stomach will be flat in no time.

It kind-of depends on how much fat you have. You have to realize that women always carry a certain amount of fat on their bodies, you can't get rid of that.

Sit-ups put a big strain on you back. Do cruches (only lifting your head up from halfway up you back) instead to work your upper abs. Lay on you back and slowly lift your ankles up off the floor as high as you can then slowly bring them down about 6 inches from the floor hold for a few seconds then repeat until you can't do them anymore =]

You can eat a few snacks but do tons of crunches and take daily vitamins. Ask you doctor which kind. One-A-Days is usually a good vitamin.

try this fun diet get two table spoons of pancake syurp and lime jucie 8 oz of water and red pepper put it all together and shake it up and you get a sweet loveable drink for lossing wieght you can use instead of lunch. Its Beyonce's diet

sit ups!!!!! Build the muscle to burn the fat, I know thism, but I have some excess belly fat I want to get rid of also, I just HATE doin sit ups!
