Yes, but a 16 or 17 year old will still use a 22 year old as a means obtaining booze and cigarettes.

In my experience, the twenty somethings I dated when I was a teenager all turned out to be losers who were just too creepy for girls their own age to date them.

I think to a 16 or 17 i think 22 is a little too old but when people are older like 18 the legal age i think it doesn't matter its just how the law even portrays it. Society portrays it as not right so therefore it almost seems like its a not to date but i think sometimes it depends on the person too.

It is actually illegal to have sex with anyone under the age of 18 if you are 22. Also learned from past experience that most cases the older of the 2 is usually just using the other for sex. Don't do it.

Besides it being illegal in most states, it probably isn't good idea based on the maturity of most people in that age group. 22 year old guys typically, not always, but typically not that mature. Unless both of you are fairly mature for your age, it might not be a good idea at this time.

If he has a very good steady job is all you should be looking at. Maybe you could keep him if he is doing good in college. Otherwise, write the loser off. kick him to the curb. But be nice and don't be mean.
