WOW. Well, I have serious anxiety and have been treated for over 20 years. I didn't have the physical symptoms you have described, but I did have the feeling something was going to happen -serious. Most people I know who have my condition have a similar symptoms as mine.
However, after having this problem and knowing how bad and strange it can be, I believe any symptoms are possible. Only a doctor can tell you if one or more of the symptoms you have are due to anxiety or something else. Try to get to a doctor soon. You will only continue to worry and that is not good for a person with panic attacks/anxiety.
And, please get help for your anxiety. It is a life altering condition that will keep you form enjoying life and achieving all you should. 13 years old is way too young for this problem. Find out what is happening and why, and get it behind you. It took me way to long to find out why my condition started and had I been able to confront it sooner, I may not have had to take medication -for the rest of my life.
Good luck and may God bless you with answers.

Your problems are maybe not so uncommon for a person of your age - you'd be surprised. Your mom is basically right.

You need to find some escape/relief from the things that cause you stress.

There are a few things that you can try. If you enjoy reading, some pure fun escapist type books may help you - trying reading some before sleeping. You'll sleep better. Lot's of kids with so much homework, so many expectations, don't get enough just plain rest - and I don't mean just sleep. It's okay to take a break sometimes and just do nothing.

Some soft music before bed can help too.

Avoid junk food.

Physical activity, especially a sport can help to build confidence, conquer your fears and free your mind.

Relax. Be nice to yourself. Be helpful and nice to others (it helps you to be nice to yourself, and cut yourself a little slack).

A hobby could help too.

Keep a diary. Writing stuff down just for yourself can have an amazing calming effect.

Best wishes.

I was going to tell you to talk to your doctor about what you're feeling but it seems like you already have since you have medicine for it? The only way to start feeling better is to take your medicine. There can be some side effects but usually they're mild. I've been taking medicine for anxiety for years now, I can't tell you how much it'd helped. It's not your fault you have anxiety and if you really want to get rid of it take your medicine.

It's weird that two of your friends have it too...

I am an expert in these matters and I prescribe a geographical cure of your choice. It will cost less than the doctors in the long run and you will be cured until the next stressful time. Good luck and enjoy the vacation . If you ignore this message I feel you will not be strong enough to avoid the medication downfalls.

I used to have a really bad anxiety problem when I was little.. like random feelings that I was going to die at any moment, scared.. caffeine made it worse. And when I got sick I would freak out. Don't worry, you're fine. All you need to do is get yourself checked out by a doctor and they will take care of it:) There's no reason to have anxiety over it, just need to relax. Everything's ok.

This could be caused by stress but you have a lot of physical symptoms. Hard to believe it's all from stress, maybe some kind of somatiform disorder. This might be a medical problem

Learn and practice the method in http://deeplyrelax.com See http://www.selfhelpmagazine.com Meditation room; try it out; mantra meditation; choose to repeat: "easy", in your mind, and when adverse events occur. Eat a healthy diet, exercise daily, avoid caffeine products [coffee, Pepsi, Red Bull, etc.], smoking & alcohol. Keep occupied; get a diary or journal & write it all down.

yes it could be anxiety or depression. It's hard being thirteen with all the changes you are going through and a lot of mental problems show up during teenage years. I had a hard time in my teens with irrational fears.
