how would men have been created if Eve was created first?

Ok here it goes ( we all know Adam was created first but just go along with it ) when god created Eve he gave her two long arms and two sexy legs and three boobs ( yep thats right I said three) Eve saw that she was given three boobs and became concerned she said to god you gave me two arms and two legs but you gave me three boobs god scratched his head for a moment and said I guess your right so he reached out and removed the boob in the center of her chest held it in his hand and said now what shall I do with this useless boob? I got it I'll creat a man
