Bird poop is white because it has urea (uric acid) in it. Humans don't have urea in their poop because the body absorbs it.

The white in bird feces is from the urates (urine) portion, same with the clear. The other part is the accual fecal matter. It can vary in color depending on what the bird is eating.

Poopology

By Dr. David J. Kersting, D.V.M.

"POOP-OLOGY"
There are three components to most droppings. Urine consists of a
crystal urine called urates (white chalky material) and a non-crystal urine called urine (clear water). Sometimes the 2 types of urine are mixed creating a cloudy white urine.
Important changes include color changes and amount.

Our fecal matter is just that, fecal matter. The digested bits of food that our body is currently not using, and the used bits that we need to eliminate. Our urates/urine are not a part of it.

Bird poop is white because they eat rocks to help digest their food. The black represents waste while the white represents minerals from the rocks.
