I was watching cops today and I'm just wondering how do you handcuff someone with only one arm?

There are special devices for this, one is a leather belt that goes around the waist and has handcuffs attached. Being limbless does not disqualify one from being arrested.

I would imagine handcuff his wrist to his opposite leg or use a belt of some sort around his waist.
